8-Session Course with Rabbi Oren Postrel

This online course is for learners who are completely new to Judaism, those who are considering being Jews, and those who already have a background and wish to discover our traditions anew. It will be taught by my colleague, Rabbi Oren Postrel, and you will examine basic beliefs, history, and our sacred times, in a warm and inclusive community.
Rabbi Oren J Postrel was ordained at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in 1993 and holds a Master’s Degree in Hebrew Letters and Doctor Honorius Causa in 2018 with a BA from U.C. Berkeley in the History of Art.
Rabbi Postrel has been joyfully teaching adults basic Judaism, Torah, and Jewish learning in synagogues and online for years and he looks forward to working with you in this new course offering.
In order to hold your place in the class, we will need payment no later than 5:00 pm PT on Thursday, February 1st. (No refunds.)
